Is there anyone that sells a 6 volt headlight relay kit that is basically plug and play or is it just as simple to make one up?I would like to install relays on my stock 1952 F-1 for brighter lights.I am losing to much voltage at the switch.Years ago there was someone at ZIMS (Porsche electronics) that would make one up for 6 volt positive ground but I contacted them and they no longer do this.I am sure this has been discussed many times.
Zims was the only place that I am aware of. You should be able to take any of the ubiquitous "12V" harnesses, find one that has the best heaviest wire gauge, and then replace the 12V relays with 6V ones or acquire pigtails and relays and make your own up.
