351W rocker torque

Hey all. I have a 351W from a 96 F150 im swapping into a 74 F100. Currently I'm re tightening the rocker arms. Ive found the torque spec, but im wondering if the engine needs to be rotated so that the rockers are not loading on a valve, or if it doesnt really matter. I appreciate the help!

It doesn't matter but I usually roll it around some anyway
Maybe dump some assembly lube around on the fulcrums as you do it

this is pretty much what I did. Some assembly lube, torqued them 25 ft lbs. Gave the crank 1 rotation and checked them all again, it was good. Thank you for the help I appreciate it.
