Torque specs for the rockers has nothing to do with the type of lifter in the engine, in both cases you should see 17-25 ft/lbs within 0.8-1.75 turns of the rocker nut after all the slack has been taken out of the valvetrain and the plunger in the lifter starts to collapse.. and with the lifter on the base circle of the cam of course.
