Trip to Dealership Today

Took my rig in for the def issue P2047. Talked to service and manager while dropping it off. Tech said there Is a TSB for the harness connector for the reductant injector. Also having them run down an issue for the rear passenger window that is ‘glitchy’ for the he last 4 months.

Window goes down but requires several attempts with the switch from the drivers door to get it to go up.

On a side note they talked to me about the open recalls and suggested I do them. They said the one for the CP4 would not be applicable unless I wanted it since the pump is from S & S. Tech said he has been doing a lot of DPK’s and DCR swaps at the dealership.

That's awesome that that specific dealer is open like that to well designed products like S&Ss that addresses issues like the CP4s... and that they will install them. That's just a smart business plan.

Yeah, as far as the P2047,48 and the warranty work on the rear passenger window.

They actually did that CP4 update that I didn’t need since the pump is no longer an OEM. Kinda disappointed that the software overwrote my ability to toggle the Auto Regen On/Off😖.

Also the key to the locking BEM Fuel/Def caps is missing

$364 for new fuel filters and $100 deductible for the window. Disappointing since I paid A Rod to program the Auto Regen a few years ago. Now I have to figure out how to use Forscan or drive to A Rod’s.
