Caught this YouTube video last night. Purportedly a new V8 engine and the Godzilla are coming, along with greater tow ratings and a ton of other changes. What I didn't catch was any mention of availability of an increase in bed length for the club cab version. A bed that's larger than a wheel barrow would make the F150 a viable option for a lot of us.
As you requested, I moved your thread to where you wanted it.
I was afraid to watch the video, because I have found a lot of videos to be well produced fiction, spinning yarns that weave into what we want to hear, and thus we clicked.
I don't think that information is reliable. We get a blast of wild ideas before a new release each time, and usually, the changes are smaller than we all dream about.
I cannot imagine the purpose of puttting the 7.3L into the F150. The F150 already has two engines with more power than any possible use of that platform.
A 7.3L engine in an F-150? The truck doesn't need that much engine! Sharp looking truck, but it will be WAY out of my budget on a brand new 2027 model year truck! My days of buying brand new are over!
