Trailer brake
Approximately how expensive or difficult is it to install a trailer brake control in my truck? 22 F150. I custom ordered my truck but forgot this.

There’s a thread about this. A co worker of mine had the dealership add the controller for $500 ish. Just what it takes to do it depends on how your truck is equipped.

I have a 2024 xlt Ranger and the trailer brake thing was done over the air last week.

Nothing yet on my 2021 F-350.

Are there any large reputable trailer dealer near you. That might be another source for the parts and install.
