HELP!!! Just bought 2013 F-250 Natural Gas

First Master Seargent, thanks for your service. Thanks for the response Sessland. By "actual" I am not sure what you mean. It was a national fuel gas vehicle that was sold. It is NFG only. I have several questions.
1.Are there at least two fuel tanks? I can only get approx 125 miles on one tank.
2 The fule door opens to reveal one port, that I use to fuel, with a diameter of approx one inch. There is a second, designated transfer port, that is identical to other port but with a diameter of approx 3/4 inch. What is it for?
If there are two tanks, how to you fill the second one? How to you switch from one to the other?
What Maintenace is involved? How often? I have read you still need oil changes but not as often-is that correct? Does fuel system have to be cleaned? If so how?
Those are the ones on top of mind-Oh wait. The whole slow fill/quick fill fueling. As it is now, immediately after filling, it seems I lose a quarter tank.
Thanks
Tom

By actual, I was inquiring as to whether the truck had a CNG prepped engine from the factory, or the actual system from somewhere else.
Ford doesn't make vehicles that were propane, LPG, or CNG fueled. Those parts are made and installed by aftermarket companies.
Do you have any indication as to the fuel kit manufacturer?

It looks to to be a BAF modification.

Need education on 2013 f-250 dedicated nag I just bought
Need someone to educate me on my new truck. I believe it has at least two fuel tanks but I can only see how to fill one. Also interested in the slow fill process at home- ie cost ect. Love the truck- in great shape- but I fear I am utilizing 30% of it.

Your truck uses Compressed Natural Gas. It is stored in the vehicle at up to 3,600 PSI. There is no "slow filling at home" from a residential gas source unless you have a pump that will produce the pressure needed.
https://afdc.energy.gov/fuels/natura...0square%20inch.
It looks like you have CNG fueling stations nearby.
It also looks like BAF folded into some other outfit or folded completely.
You might find some help through this:

SO NO ONE CAN HELP?
I will buy an hour of someone’s time-I am good for some beers/pizza if I ever meet the person who can help. Looking back I guess it does not make a whole lot of sense to buy a car without knowledge of its unique features, and/or find someone who could answer my questions prior to buying. But the truck is so cool, in great shape, low miles and financed at unbelievable terms.
