I'm installing Hedman fenderwell headers on my truck along with a 460 swap. Engine is in, headers are on but I had to remove shock towers to get headers to fit. Anybody else running these and what did you do to get shocks back on the truck. Thanks

 

Did you have to trim a little of the angled body fwd mount/metal bracket coming off the frame? On my 4wd 1979 F250 reb cab flat bed. I took the shock tower off for more room during install. Also took off the brake line support below the power brake booster. The shock tower went back on. But I had the 351M and not the 460.

 

No I didn't have to trim anything, just removed shock towers and I did have to remove the brake line bracket
