Hi everyone

I have a 94 7.5 OBS with weird issue.
No one can figure it out. It was at the last shop for 6 months before they gave up.
Starts, runs, revs great in Park. But in Drive it struggles to go.
Any ideas or best OSB mechanics in Greater Vancouver BC ?

Base engine concern
Compression test
Cylinder balance test
State of tune, plugs and wireset, cap and rotor (including timed correctly with the spout out)
Double check all of that
