Installing Pro Comp spring lift thoughts
As stated in the title I am in the midst of the Pro Comp 22415 and 22210 5 inch (or 3 inch if you remove rear block) leaf spring R & R. Some early observations and hitches
1) I am glad I have a lift. Can't imagine doing this on the ground. Maybe when i was younger (read more fit)
2) Do not think that you can do this in 1 day by yourself unless you have done it before. Inevitably there will be obstacles. For example, my rear drivers side lower shackle bolt was very tough to get out due to rust and what looks like a stripped bolt.
3) As much as I tried to have all parts on hand i still need to order more. Shims, the correct length ubolts, and new spring plates as I am removing the stock block and now there is no surface for the bump stop to compress on.
4) As far as I can tell, even with the front bumper removed, the drivers side front shackle must be dropped to remove spring eye bolt as it hits the AC condenser.
More to come
rear lower shackle bolt
Pro Comp vs stock spring. Can really see the added arch

Speaking of shackles, Make sure to check the front frame mounted shackle bushings as well as the rear shackle busing.
Good news is your center pin is plenty long for the shim remember to C clamp the spring together when installing the shim.
fwiw, I use anti seize on the entire spring bolt to not only lube it but keeps corrosion at a minimum
oh ya, Sweet shop setup.
