Power windows and large side window in 51

Good day all
Im trying to figure what route to take in putting power windows in my 51 f1. Im deleting the vent and going with the big side window. I am aware of nu relics regulator but dont feel like adding another grand to the build if i can figure out something that will work. Just wondering what everyone has used that worked wether it be a bottom lift, or cables, or retro fitting a motor to the existing regulator. I guess I should ask what everyone did for large window kits that worked good and which ones to stay away from Thx

I've used these in both my 56's and have the solid glass in both as well. The work well and an easy install and probably the cheapest price you'll find. The Old Car Center in Langley likely has them in stock too, pretty sure they are one of their vendors..

Thanks for the quick response. I probably should have searched it better but I was working on my truck in the garage. I was looking at this exact type of regulator on 48 steel's build and wondering where i could find it in Canada to save the duty so u already saved me a ton of time this morning so once again thx. This looks pretty simple.

I just checked the Old Car Centers suppliers list and don't see them listed. I bought both my kits from Horton's hot rods in Milton Ontario

Hey thanks for the link. Sorry i missed your reply. Looks like me and you are on the same stages of the build after i lurked on a couple of your posts. Are those Hagen Hidden Hinges on your truck? I am about to order those or rocky hinges so just curious to how they installed. Hope your making out well with your window conversion. That was the same one i was looking at ordering as well. Im gonna be following this as it looks like we are running the same build lol. I even smoothed out the firewall the same as you. Keep up the good work. Hopefully you dont mind sharing what you learned as im sure it may save me countless days of head scratching. Thx.
