I installed the Fordpass app, created new account, linked it to my VIN. Everything seems to work, except it is "unable to locate vehicle". Sync GPS works fine. It's parked outside with no overhead obstructions. Any ideas why this doesn't work?

 

my 2019 f350 also not showing my vehicle location...everything on fordpass is working fine, tire pressure, gas, mileage and even the veh location used to work but it hasnt been showing the location for about a week now.

 

Ditto on my 19 as well. Worked on 11/10 when I picked it up but since that day "unable to locate vehicle" .....

 

Mine stopped working as well. It worked at first.

 

Same here......and the app is slow......much to be desired

Also, unable to locate on my wife's 18' escape as well

 

 

where do I find this? I'm probably blind but somebody else mentioned this and I can't find it anywhere in the app.... or is it on the truck sync somewhere?

 

 

My location services has been on ..it used to locate my truck when I bought it but I think after app update it stopped working

 

Last update screwed it up, Mine worked when I first got the truck.

 

I sent them an e-mail last week and they replied that they're working on an update for the app. No idea when it will be working again.

 

Mine has never worked with Android. I called the support center on 12/1/18 and they advised updating the app. Did that, no improvement. I encourage anyone having issues with this feature to call 313-621-0005.

 

Yep, my 2019 is the same. Worked once, now it doesn't. Guess I'll be calling the number Tommy Z provided.

 

Huh, mine doesn't show the location anymore either. Odd -

Another oddity, I've got `5500 miles on the truck and it says the oil is still at 46%... I was planning on changing it at 6K and then using the monitor from there on out, but that would be over 10k on the change interval. Interesting.

 

I'm doing first change at 5k regardless, then I will follow the reminder schedule....which I usually change it when it get to 10-20% left
