Roof bar parts?

A cheap solution is to copy/paste the hold down bolt and flat nut on the skinny cross members, then you’re done.
Honestly, if your other end is complete and locked, that bar isn’t going anywhere. If still worried, but the skinny bar on the outside (behind) and lock it in.
You know those are for ‘show’ only, plus they’re decent at roof paint removal.

I've put a snowboard up there once or twice a few years back....that's about it.
Trying to just fix a few small things before selling it....
