The latest post is up, and you can check it out here. My favorite line is about teaching his co pilot to drive stick.... "Finish the whole thing with “good, now go learn better on your friends’ cars, then you can drive this when you aren’t trying to use the fan to pull you forward.”
Ha ha ha! I'm totally stealing that!

Yikes, this section of the trip just how dangerous some of rural Canada's roads can be, as our hero unfortunately came across a fatal accident along this leg. Yikes. But there were also plenty of high points, with friendly strangers and car shows to add to the memories. Read the full post here!

That's cool.I like to do this too but in something much more modern lol.David your crazy! I like it!
The cool thing about old rides is,what's the worst that could go wrong? You have to spend a extra day or so someplace replacing a part that costs a fraction of what a modern part might cost, aside from hard to find things, but everything that makes the old girl go can be replaced easy enough.
I wouldn't worry too much about the old alternator (spoke about in one of the videos) unless your restoring a show truck or something.A good 3G alt conversion isn't a bad little upgrade to do to anything older.
