Electrical issues(battery drain)

I’ve had my 99 f350 for 2 months it has the v10 triton 6.8l. It has seemingly just had a bad ground pop up to where if I hit any button(with brand new fully charged battery) it instantly drains the battery to almost nothing. If I try to start it nothing, I’d i hit the power windows it drains. I have replaced the starter and alternator, the battery and terminals all brand new. I’ve checked all fuses. Could it be a ground to the frame, or something much larger. Like I said I pulled in **** it off, went to start it again and nothing happened it won’t even get enough power to try and start( with new battery). Any help his desperately appreciated.

it instantly drains the battery to almost nothing.
That would result in smoke and fire if you discharged a fully charged battery in that short of time.

Sounds more like you have a simple problem of a bad battery, battery connection, or battery cable/connection. Use common voltage drop troubleshooting to isolate.

Did you replace the correct battery, it's diesel so you have two of them, correct?

V10 is not a Diesel.
It's an overgrown 5.4 10 cylinder gas engine.
Good luck.

Yep you're correct, it's the 6.7L that's a diesel not the 6.8L and I overlooked the V10.
