Hey all, You've been so helpful helping me find exhaust manifolds , Red has set on the way , thought I'd pic your brain for a headliner. We restored our truck several years ago but last winter mice destroyed my headliner. I saved it for a pattern in case I can't find another. Dennis Carpender has whole kits but I only need the headliner.Needing the brown one. Any advise where to look?

 

I don't know a source for just the headliner. Even if one were found, it isn't likely that the coloring or the surface pattern would be a match. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for the kits is nearly as much as the pieces themselves. You're in kind of a pickle.

 

Looks like you may have to bite the bullet and get a whole kit and sell off what you don't need, or use your pattern.

 

I bet if you call DC and explain the situation they can hook you up. Shipping isn't bad now that they curl them.

Does anyone know where to get the hardboard with brown finish?

 

I doubt you will find brown finish hardboard, but you can always get whatever headliner you can and color it yourself.

If I can't come up with one I'll probably try make one. Wasn't very happy with quality of the one in the kit. Very thin and flimsy
