06 5.4 SP515 vs SP546 plugs

I changed my plugs from the original ones that can break to the SP515's. Just learned that the SP515's were superseded. Is it worth replacing the 515's with the 546's?

I think I only have 5,000 miles on the 515's.

Thoughts?
