Front fender well collpasing, tire hits
Howdy All,
My passenger side front fender well, the crummy fiber type, has partially collapsed so that when I turn the tires to the left the tire rubs against the well.
The fender well material is that soft crap, so I don't understand how it holds its form, or how to correct this.
It's not doing any damage to the tire but it does make an annoying noise when it rubs the tire.
How can I correct this?

I have the same problem. As soon as it rains or I drive through a little mud it sags down and hits my already oversized tires.
I just looked on CarID and it looks like they may have some solid plastic replacements. I am not sure if they provide the same coverage as the stock ecoboots does. It still has to cover more than my tore up ones right now.
RockAuto also sells some but they do not have a picture.
I wonder if the 2013+ stock ecoboost come with the full plastic front inner fender?

Could it be that the securing clips or screws have come out?
Do you run oversize tires?
Is the vehicle at stock height?
Has it rubbed through the liner, causing it to be weak?
Easier to get the help you ask for if you provide enough info/photos.....

Okay, here's some more info, answers to your questions, and some pics.
Stock tires. Stock height. The "clips" that hold the well on are there, but they do not secure the well in the area where it's sagging.
See attached pics: one as-is,a and the other with me holding the well back to the position where the damn thing belongs.
