Need new speaker for dash

Where can I get a replacement dash speaker for my 70? One that will fit in the original location on the same bracket. Old one was C7TA-18808-A.

D2TZ-18808-B (replaced C7TZ-18808-A) .. Radio Speaker - 5" x 7" / Marked: C7TA-18808-A or D2TA-18808-AA / Obsolete

1967/72 F100/750; 1973/79 F500/880.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any. Try Radio Shack, this is a common speaker size.

It's going to be used with the factory AM radio so it's only going to sound that good.

All the Radio Shacks around me went out of business years ago. It is a 5x7 which is a common size but the factory bracket has a square hole for the speaker magnet and the aftermarket speakers have round magnets.

You should also know what the stock speaker ohms is to get the same as older speakers had a different ohm than what you can get today.

In my garage I may have that similar speaker that I took out of my 68 f250. I check for it
in the next couple of days.If it fits, you can have it.

Update - I found a company that repairs speakers. Sent it to them and got it back in less than a week - looks great. Costs $59.

Almost 4 years later, but completed. I have one of those speakers sitting here out of a 70 for my 72 that is totally rotted out. Didnt even think of someone rebuilding it. Thx for the update.
