93 F350 runs like crap after it rains...
The truck literally runs like dog crap, it’s hard to start, has almost no power and the check engine light comes on... when it dries out it runs perfect... I try to run codes but get different random codes every time.. whatweird is when it’s like this the fuel pump will just run continuously and most times it won’t read codes like the computer is messed up... but if it doesn’t rain it always runs fine, I go out after a rain and it’s crap.
Any suggestions?

You posted twice before on issues related to the computer and both times you were told you have a bad computer.

So for the third time: You have a bad computer. Pull it out and inspect for damaged capacitors and/or burn marks. You can try replacing the capacitors if the damage is minimal.

I know this won't be helpful but I has the same exact problem with my 93 460. Coincidentally my timing cover was cracked. So I replaced my timing cover and I expected to have a no start condition next time it rained and I would fix it then but the truck never did it again and no one has ever figured out how or why the coincidence.

This is not the first thread about this problem. Maybe here or other sites. Maybe subford or Steve83? I probably have a link but can't find it.
Seems like there's some weatherstrip issues leaking water on the firewall and the ecm plug needs all of the dielectric grease you can pack into it.
This link might help and you can find more like it:
This one is not the best. Save it for last. I posted better links later in this thread.

spray bottle is a fine suggestion, but your symptoms are so obviously pointing to the computer, and it's so easy to pull and inspect, that you'd be wasting your time if you did anything but pull it at this point.
Need I say more? I'm exhausted anyway.....

So I finally took yalls advice
I got the harness off the front and the two bolts as well as the rubber grommet but the PCM won’t budge out... I’ve tried tapping it from behind but I don’t want to break t... everything I’ve read or seen videos of say it just slides out. What am I missing?

Sigh.
Please take my advice and keep the discussion of one problem within one thread. Most of us do not have the patience to chase everything across the entire board.
Now, as far as getting your ECM out, I would not be at all surprised to find corrosion has built up or welded other parts to your ECM case. I would not hesitate to applying what force is needed. That case is pretty robust and personally I have had good results with prying. Access in the 92 and up is kind of difficult because of that huge cast aluminum brace, but it can be removed with a moderate degree of difficulty should you need access to the backside. Access out the engine side is limited by the plastic inner fender. If removal is this difficult, it would be in your best interests to remove the inner fender. There is a clearance problem anyways and the extra working room will help.
