Dave, Answers in order..
Yes you can get one for a regular strike, either single or with a second mortise for a deadbolt.
There is no rating for a jamb only. The jamb and door assembly may come with a UL tag affixed but you cannot modify it or it loses it's rating.
You will need to tell me what jamb depth (wall thickness) you want it for.
Do you want a flat slab, or an embossed door. If flat what gauge steel?
Aluminum threshold? Low profile (ADA)? Mill finish or anodized? Gold, bronze, etc....
Hinge size? Three 4" is basic, 4 1/2 or 5" for commercial and institutional doors.
I don't know if it will mate up to your existing door but I can get the hinge gain layout and you can measure what you have.

Is the buck set up for regular lock-sets versus mortised lock-sets?
Please get me a price for the buck only, and a price for a buck with non-fire rated foam insulated door.
I'd want an in-swing with threshold, hinged on the right when viewed from outside.
As for the door panel, will a Therma-Tru panel mate up with the buck, and would the current steel faced door panel mate up?
My plan of attack is:
I'd pre-stage lumber in the upper section of the buck as I won't be able to get the lumber inside after the buck is slid into place.
I'd mortar it in place at the bottom and finish blocking out the upper half, of course that means counter-sinking the screws in the upper section.

hey guys is there any kind of timer i can buy for my truck when its time to plug it in at night that could just make the heater only come on at like 6 am till i left at 8am so it would be on only 2 hrs verus like 10, i think they have this stuff for christmas lights, anyway i'm just cringing thinking about my parents reaction to the electric bill that truck will run up this winter
