"Which" Transmission?
Can someone link-me (please) to that (Application) "Chart" I've seen here before - the one that lists which trannys are used (from the factory) in which vehicles?
I'm "thinking" about buying an Escape (between say, an `04 & an `08), and would like to know what I'm getting-into.
Wondering if Ford is still using the 4R44E/5R55E such as I had in my `99 Ranger (mine actually showed as a "4R55E"??).

How has this Trans holdin'-up for you all? Some high-mileage posts on it would be great to read! Or should I start another/separate thread?
And I take-it that the `09 change is simply normal evolution (progress)?
