Definitely a creative idea... But... I think I would try to clean the oil and residue off the side of the canister too often. Not F0rdc0wb0y clean, but more than what it appears to be.
I commend them for the originality and foresight to do a good job.

We had a couple more random storm clouds roll through yesterday evening, but not enough that Kate couldn't finish planting the new raspberry plants.
We will finish the camper loading and get it buttoned up today. The first trip of the season is always the most detailed after the trailer sitting for 3 - 4 months.
SXE install/swap, 5th wheel suspension upgrade, home 9000 watt generator conversion and a couple of other projects already lined up for when we return from the beach.
Action camera and FSL are all setup to get some good pictures of the analog gauges during the drive. I raised the exposure on the camera in order to not bleach out the image with the sun coming through the windshield. I have UV tint on the windshield, but the gauges were still not readable in the images. Should be good now.
I worked out the most efficient way to start/stop FSL data logs with BWST the other day, so no issues there.
Should be a good day and I hope everyone has a good one!

That is much better, but my wife just got me this tumbler for Valentines Day and it does a great job at keeping the oil (coffee/hot chocolate) hot for a long time.
Small business that is veteran owned and operated. Love the message and functionality of the tumbler. Seems to closely resemble the background on the ATOTO A6 head unit as well.
Most people have seen this image already, but the interview is somewhat new. I have been on that road in ID before and it is a great drive, but not like that...
I’ll have to look. It gets 250-300hrs/yr if I remember right. A typical mowing is 6-8hrs. She usually does it over 2 days and sometimes will let me do a little.
Mom is really, really good at staying on top of maintenance. Her routine of checking fluids and greasing it is fantastic and she comes directly to my house for an assessment if something doesn’t look or sound right.
I keep a 55gal barrel of fuel with transfer pump to make it easier to put fuel in it. She used to put fuel in with 5gal cans when she wasn’t patient enough to wait for help fueling up...
My wife loves to mow now.
Which is great because she wants to keep the entire place looking like a golf course.
Only thing she knows is full it up when it runs out of gas.
She keeps me pretty busy just trying to keep up on the maintenance. greasing, fuel on the shelf (2 gallon jugs to make it easy on her), I fill it regularly between mows, pulling her out when she gets too close to a soft spot, etc etc.

The dewalt version is awesome. It has a huge price but after you use it a couple times you completely forget about what it cost. I already had some 18v max stuff so it was a good fit for me. I love it, makes things easy.

Cool idea and nice work. Also good work on the D rings!
We have used blocks of wood to change a trailer flat. Make a little ramp for the non-flat tire(dual axle) then pull up on the block. Usually works pretty good and is fast.
Sous, it was the daughter of a friend of my aunts that was bit by the copperhead. Unfortunately she passed away. I believe she was a teenager.
Nice work on the generator. I may hit you up for some pointers one of these days when I get my bigger unit.
I also fabricated some stake pocket tie downs today. PJ uses a 3.5” stake pocket so I had add a 1/2” “spacer” to 3” C channel I used for the stake. I used 5/8” D-rings rated at 18K each.
Top portion is a “semi-finished” to show the 3” C channel and the 1/2” spacer.
Preparing to weld the D ring on the stak Extremely snug fit with very little play.
1/2” holes to secure the stake.
Painted and backside view of 1/2” spacer.
Those look great! I like it, I added some of these to the 4 corners of my little bumper pull equipment trailer. Was this just to make running chains easier?
My day today, next couple months gonna suck......
And no cool story to go with it, i tripped/rolled my foot on my own shoes heading to bathroom to pee in middle of night, broke my clutch foot

Oh man. Sorry to hear that. I will send my possum to comfort you.

Is that a Tervis, Sous? My wife was apolitical until about 5 years ago, but is now 100% 'Buy American' or don't buy it at all. Tervis is the only type of cup/mug/cooler she'll buy. Mine has the same image on it, so it looks like a Tervis, anyways.

Maybe... I just went and looked for a name on it, but didn't see one. My wife bought it for me as a gift. It is very sturdy, has a good amount of weight to it and is very well made. It kept hot coffee hot for 3 hours when I forgot to take it with me outside and it was waiting for me when I came in.
I know it is a veteran owned shop on Amazon and it came with a thank you note for supporting their small business.
It is my go to travel mug now and put my 15 year old John Deere diamond plate mug on the back of the shelf.
