I installed this AP muffler last yr. very quiet, welded stainless steel and low cost.

So it has a perforated section at each end but the center opens up to a large "chamber" in the center.

for the AP muffler? straight thru perforated core, no chamber.

Nice. I’ve added a walker ‘big truck muffler’ to a few trucks.

The straight piped 3.5” stock exhaust is not nearly as bad as the bigger tubing for ‘drone’ and noise in cab. Vans are a whole different challenge!! I’d want to wrap the up-pipes and down pipe in a van for sure!!

I love your van. I can’t wait until I get to work on my 7.3 van project!! 4wd conversion is in the works. (And a nice conversion van body)

I like the sound during the 1300 RPM, but it sounds very loud going down the road. If you are happy with it, that is a success story in my book.

I love bikes, and ride a LOT!

Compared to just about everything else I have done in my life so far, riding is about the safest activity I've done.

Afghanistan, and night time, plus snow storm EMS flights are a lot more risky lol
