Yeah not to bad it's definitely tight on the fuel lines very little clearance there gonna try to semi individually pressure test them before putting everything back together this afternoon let u guys know how it goes
Well got them resealed and back together while pressure testing system I get tiny leak on back corner must have smeared silicon barly but same way I pressure tested as before I could peg out my 30 psi guage and truck runs a heck of a lot better
Well guys I New I’d be back into it before long due to I had i tiny leak on back of driver side plenum. Thats gotten worse again also bairly seeping on passenger side bottom part of plenum. I’m pulling turbo this weekend due to I’ve sold it and swapping to the freakify mod turbo for time being. And I’m wanting to reseal them this weekend has anyone ever made gaskets for them out of gasket material. Reason I ask is I just completed a 5.9 cummins head swap and there intake plenum uses a gasket. It worked flawlessly on there so I was wondering if this was a good idea or just reseal with original silicone and be done. Again thanks for any advice in advance guys love this site.
