Looks good, I would of had the intake ends rolled so the boot would fit right and won't want to pull itself up.

Well guys I New I’d be back into it before long due to I had i tiny leak on back of driver side plenum. Thats gotten worse again also bairly seeping on passenger side bottom part of plenum. I’m pulling turbo this weekend due to I’ve sold it and swapping to the freakify mod turbo for time being. And I’m wanting to reseal them this weekend has anyone ever made gaskets for them out of gasket material. Reason I ask is I just completed a 5.9 cummins head swap and there intake plenum uses a gasket. It worked flawlessly on there so I was wondering if this was a good idea or just reseal with original silicone and be done. Again thanks for any advice in advance guys love this site.

I have seen oring seals on riffraff machined aluminum plenums but not gaskets

I don't think a gasket is the way to go, once you tighten too much, the area not under the bolts will warp and leak

I may just try it and modify my boost leak detector to individually test each plenum. But I’ll wait to Here more opinions and experiences.
