Thanks - both for trying it as well as the compliment.

So, I think the consensus is that the latest approach is a winner. That means I can continue the work to finish that approach. And, I'll add info at the top of each section like I've done for Grounds. This will not only help the user know which page to scroll to, but over time Google will find that text and index it. That should help people find things since Google can't see the text in the images.

This section contains:
Page 6: All systems using Ground 701. Yes, basically everything in the dash, save for the radio, all use the same ground, and if it is bad weird things will happen on those circuits. Note that high-current devices like the cigar lighter use the same ground as the gauges.
Page 7: Front and rear light grounds as well as the windshield washer pump's ground
Page 8: Ground for the 300 Six's MCU, if so equipped, and a description of where the grounds and connectors are
Page 9: Location of fuse links, MCU, ignition module, starter solenoid, voltage regulator, and throttle kicker for the 300 Six

And, fyi, as I update things the link may change. So, it probably isn't time to bookmark things yet. But, I updated the link in the first post.

Not sure what you mean about the size of the web site, but Google has already found my site - although it doesn't seem to have found the content of the pdf's, which may be a good reason to not use them.
What I meant was, your efforts are "huge"....and it shows. A very useful tool!

Oh. Ok, thanks!

As I said, I'm tired of answering the same questions over and over again. I want to provide the information with which people can answer their own questions. We may need to point them to it, but it should have the answer if they will but read.

So, I'll take suggestions on what needs to be documented. Some things, like the engine supports/perches or 335 series flywheels are simple. Others will take more time. But, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Done?

Methinks I'm done. I have all 101 pages of the F series part of the 1981 EVTM in, key words spelled out, links set up, etc.

Yes, I'll probably make changes to it over time, and I'll make corrections if you'll tell me what needs to be changed. But, for now I'm going to call it done and move on.

Also, I intend to move my whole web site over to my own URL (garysgaragemahal.com) in the near future, so the above link will probably go dead until I come back to change it. But, I'm hoping that'll be the last change of URL and then you can bookmark it.

EDIT: I have now moved it to garysgaragemahal.com, so you can now bookmark it.

Have you included any of the 85 info from when you did that truck with the wheezer?

Not yet. It needs a lot of work if it is to be of the same caliber as the front clip. I have pics but no part numbers or sources. What do you think?

Besides the truck being basically the same as the 80-81 I was thinking of maybe including some pics of how the complex jigsaw bracketry with SAE/metric fasteners goes together. Possibly some other stuff as well. I just kicked the idea around a little last night. However, once you open that can of worms do you consult David and include 300 I6 stuff as well or even F250/350 info from say Franklin? Could very well be the Pandora's Box or Genie in the Bottle analogy.

Just some thoughts and ramblings. I have been really busy with truck repairs, Holidays, laundry room remodels and just general business running affairs that I haven't had time to comment or follow the website thread.
