Will do brute. I just need to get gas before I go, don't want to run out on the freeway just after fixing my brakes!

To my understanding that was only an idea. I can't go and stand around
for hours on end.

I did not say any thing at the time and thought that the topic would come up
later. So I vote no on car show as a meeting place.

And why 5:30? Josh said 5~6. In the past the time has been 6 unless someone
asked and I did not see it.

Wife started a new job today and I gotta pick her up at 6 in Seattle then back down to pick a buddy up at the airport at 10. Won't be making it tonight but will be at the car show, wether it's the meet or not.

Well, we can have a second meet in Sept then, no problem. I plan to be sitting most of the car show , sure I like to see the other cars but it takes me 20 minutes to see them all then I sit by my truck and talk to passing people.

EDIT: I see what you ment by the 5:30 thing. I probably posted that without thinking. Either way, it doesn't matter, if you ant to be there at 5, go for it, I plan to be there at 5:30. I won't be late or excessively early. I'm expecting everyone to show up after 6 again anyways

Well, it happens.

As for me, I'll be there tonight with my bronco BUT I discovered I haven't fixed the brake leak. It's still there and leaking as badly as ever. But I think I know why this time. I have to look into it more. For now, I'll be carrying some DOT 3 with me.

Damm I just tossed out 2 bottles a few weeks back. They had been opened
but not let sit open and still looked good.

My thought on the time is that 6:00 has been the normal time and it's less bunch up at the 405 & 167
interchange later.

The bottle I have is around half full, I'll survive.

I think 6pm is kind of the standard time but I try to say 5-6pm as a sort of timespan of when we should show up. Then again, almost everytime I do that usually it's me and you there and other show up after 6

My e-brake doesn't work. One side isn't even hooked up. It never worked in the past either. I have faith that they will work, it's the rear brakes that lose fluid, the fronts have always worked, but the pedal ends up going close to the floor before they start to work.

The front and rear brakes run off of different reservoirs so you should be fine but you still need to fix the leak and your E-brake.

Yup, the rear reservoir was always going dry. As for the e-brake, there is a part that got thrown away with some broken brake shoes, it's the metal part that the cable hooks on to and it's clipped onto the shoe. That is missing and unless I go digging in a junkyard, I don't think I'll find another.

The piece in the back that is going downward into the gavel is the one I mean.

Right now the cable is just tied up under the truck to prevent any issues.

Other than that, the brake never worked anyways, I could put all my weight onto the pedal and it would go about half way then lock in but it never really applied the brakes enough to make a difference.

Whoops hehe.

I'll try from under the truck, this hasn't happened since highschool... Oh well. Maybe someone will show up who can unlock it.
