Paid $1400 for my '93 2 wd xlt crew cab. the frame and cab are solid(fenders and doors are easy to replace...), as is the inside of the box and one box side (other has a little rust from chrome wheel arches and a few small dents). Most of the problems are nickle and dime issues, power steering hose, fan works on one speed, u-joints, tie rod, a 3 foot section of exhaust was missing. Only major issue is the reverse synchro(I assume).

Driveline: 4x4 4 Speed Manual? Dunno the ratio of the diffy
Mileage when purchased and date: 336,000
price paid: $800

The PO showed me receipts that the engine had been fully rebuilt 70,000 miles ago. At that time it got a new clutch, u joints and a new/used rear end. It also had a hole in the water pump, a broken fan clutch, terrible wheels and tires but everything else worked. I replaced all that crap and did a full tune up with fuel hoses, injector o rings, fluids and filters. This truck also had a lot of rust. LOTS of it. With all this work done and new parts, I'd say it's worth an easy $1,400 - $1,600. In this market though, I'd be lucky to get the $800 I paid for it. So many cheap trucks on the market and so little buyers.

Back in 07' mileage then 161,xxx, mileage now 215,xxx
84 250
6.9na
4x4
tires 70%
body, rediculously clean
Drivers bucket is shot, pass ok
dash almost flawless
price 4,000
since then it needed new tires, put on turbo, injectors, starter, batt cable, batteries, rear brakes, new wheels, return lines, alternator, new rear bumper, gooseneck hitch, front axle joints, front shackles, then last spring i did head gaskets and also replaced water pump and fuel pump just because then after the test drive pulled the trans and had that rebuilt (don't know why it couldn't have went bad BEFORE i tore into it. (oh and several front grille parts and left front fender do to a self propelled venison steak!)
