I'm honestly not sure. They have a 4wd version and a 2wd version with the 4wd stating that Highboys require a 3" body lift and they won't work with dual shocks. That's a good question though. Just from comparing my Bronco to my 2wd F100, I know the engines mount differently 2wd vs 4wd as far as perches and crossmembers, the steering box on a 2wd is up closer to the firewall vs a 4wd. Can't really think of anything else off the top of my head that would make the primary routing much different.
