If there any large truck repair shops nearby they can usually make a set of leaf springs for your truck. Price should be competitive too - shipping charges can be hefty. Eaton Spring out of Detroit was a major supplier for the OEM and has the original blueprints and makes a quality spring.

Some yahoo heated the rear side of the springs, about 3 inches from the rear eye, until they bent 90 degrees or so.

Excepting 1968/72's with Flex-O-Matic, 1957/72 F100 2WD rear springs interchange.
