Hows everyone? We just snagged 3.125% on our home refinance. The apprasier is coming Monday. So were doing a little clean up around here.

Thank god my wife got rid of like 20 pairs of shoes. OMG.... She asked how many pairs of shoes do you think I took to the donation box? I siad heck about 12. she laughed and said about 20.

So maybe I can get her in them closets and start getting rid of some clothes now. If I do I will have more room for my small area.

Am I the only one that has a about 4 ft of the closet?

Hey all just doing a fly by. Too busy at the jobsite to log in here as of lately. Hopefully this will calm down some after next week. Put in 139 hours of OT the last two weeks. Have to head back in this morning for about 4 hrs. So April the 8th you should see me around more often. House refinancing- still on going. Underwriters want me to write a note why I co-signed a loan for my son and his wife. Then its a done deal. Saves about 71 K long term doing the refinancing. So you think my note to the underwriters should say --- Uh duh they could not get it on their own and they needed to establish a better credit rating. It was for 5k his wife and him are young and needed the cash for lawyer fees. She had a previous child and the decree that she had to pick the child up and drop off the child off and that she would care for the child and no one else. So that's fixed now - but 5k later wow. The former hubby was being a real D . ttyal & tc
