Axle ratios?

Just wondering if anyone had a chart that showed what axle ratio are based on the door sticker? My "code" is "89" or possibly "B9". I have tried a search but had no luck.

Thanks

there should be an id tag on one of the rearend bolts that has it stamped on it. not many of these old trucks have all the factory parts.....not what you were looking for just my 2 cents..

Yeah, I'll climb under there tomorrow and take a look. I did find a bunch of codes here...

What is my Ford rear end ratio, do I have positraction - Drivetrain.com

It shows a "B9" as a 3.55 LS

What year truck is this for?

Do you have an 8.8 or 9"?

The 3.55 LS ratio seems to be pretty common in the 8.8 rear axle.LS stands for limited slip.I'm pretty sure if the code has a letter and a number,it means the truck is equipped with LS,if the code has two numbers,it's non-LS.

Strange that the same code has a different rating from 1 model year to another.

Thanks for the info.
