97 F-150 4.6 WILL NOT STAY RUNNING
Hi All,
Went to start truck this morning and it started, then it immediately
died. Tried to start again and did the same thing, but I kept my foot on the gas pedal at about 1500 rpm and it stays running. As soon as I let off the gas pedal the engines dies.
Any suggestions???

Yep. That's what is was. 
Tapped on the old one and it started up and stayed running so I just replaced it to be sure. Thanks for the great advise. Have you had the same experience?
