Radio lost power

I was putting in a new radio, had it hooked up and playing and then suddenly lost power. I checked the fuses and they were fine. Tried the old radio and it would not play. For some reason there is no power getting to the plug in for the radio. Any suggestions or thoughts.

Could the factory sub have anything to do with it?

M truck did not come with the factory sub or the wiring for it.
