little things..
ok no major stuff, motor works great, hauls good, brakes and handles great... but the flipping radio base and trebble resets to mid level every so often. then I have to max them out again. as far as I know i have the normal radio, not the fancy big screen.
radio channels dont reset like power was lost, so I am confussed...

How old are your batteries? Vehicle electronic systems are ridiculously sensitive nowadays and I've heard of several goofy things happening just from weak batteries even though the engine starts fine.

I too had this annoying issue. But my solution likely won't help you. I pulled the POS out and put in a nice aftermarket unit. The sound is so much better, but I no longer have SYNC, which I'm not upset about. Changed out the speakers too.

I have the same issue except it also affects the Bluetooth volume for text messages and phone calls. Mine also reverts back to the radio if I'm playing music from my USB stick. Took it back to the dealer and they have no idea what the issue is. I also was contacted by Ford on this forum with a case number but still no word from them.
