Wheel cylinder kit needed
I'm looking for a rebuild kit for a Wagner Lockheed FD-2766 front wheel cylinder. They are on a '47 Model G one ton pick up. The cups are 1 1/8" FC-857 and 1" FC-1499. Thanks for any help, PK.

PK, This may seem too easy but you might if you haven't tried already taking your old wheel cyl. parts to a NAPA store. They at least used to stock a lot of old style wheel cyl. parts. They might be able to match your parts or order them for you. Just a thought.

Like mentioned, NAPA can be great for those parts, be amazed sometimes at what they have, or can get. If they can locate one for you, try JobLot, they have a great selection of obsolete parts or Kanter Automotive, they have a very good selection of these types of parts, though they are a bit more expensive sometimes.

i would hit napa. i have a 1960 yale forklift and was able to get master and wheel cylinders plus they were in stock! you might be able to cross reference your parts online at the bendix site. i was really surprised at what other vehicles used my m/c and w/c's.
