Thumbs up New brakes!

I scored a free 1976 F100 parts truck! The drive train is gone, but it's got a disc brake front that's going under the front of my '70 F100. I can also salvage the nine inch housing and springs to be sold locally. Interestingly, there are two truck toolboxes in the back that need homes. Well used, but serviceable.

Now to strip it and be rid of the excess before the city gets on my rear...

If it has power steering, make sure to grab that too. The swap is very simple to do all together.

Already got it! That was a simple add-on years ago that was well worth the time and effort spent.

I'd bet you will be surprised by the stuff you will find that might add to your present truck. Check the rear view mirror......... I found one that looked like new in a parts truck and mine with all "Antiqued" with strange lines and designs in the glass..........

It's all getting a good once over. If I think someone can use it, then it stays. Everything else goes to the scrapper. There's a big swap meet every year in September at Greenfield, Iowa. Maybe some of the parts will show up there.
