hi, helping my nephew with his 72 f-250 4 x 4 resto, I need help finding a decent or NOS wiring harness for his truck, the number on his cluster is D1TF-10C956-AA, it has the actual gauges on it no dummy lights, he is installing a 390 engine, not sure if he is going with the c-6 or the man, and transfer case. Could someone advise if they have a nice harness, or a NOS part or part number. His harness is all cracked, melted and butchered. im trying to convince him on a painless or some other aftermarket harness, I dont want to patch his harness. any help would be apriciated , thanks giovanni

 

I have used the Summit universal harness kit in a Jeep and liked it. It's a lot of work, but worth it.

 

The part number for the harness you need is D1TZ 14401-F.

Shame it doesn't have the warning lights. I've found an NOS harness for that application.

 

thanks ill try to talk him into some of the other harnesses mentioned here, or ill have to see if he wants to swap dash clusters thanks again.
