Rear brakes locked up 1990 2.9 4X4

Rear brakes locked up 1990 2.9 4X4
went to go to work today and i released the emergency brake and the brakes were locked up, had to drag the back wheels for a bit then they released. any body have any ideas?

no idea mine on my 93 did this a couple times when I first got it I simply replaced all the shoes and bleed them and have had no more trouble one thing i did notices was that the ermgancy brack piecs that locks the back wheels was rusted up somewhat so i cleaned it up as well since I have had no problems
