Seen it at the North American International Autoshow back in January and feel in love with it. My girlfriend is a dodge fan but she said her truck she wants is a ford diesel lifted with chrome rims and stacks or the Raptor I was like nice but she said she wanted to steal the raptor.
but Ford has lost me on it. Only available with the Scab
the 6.2 is projected to be a 400/400 HP/TQ motor (square #'s). Which would be nice...and we've also seen spy pics of it stuffed into the new 2010 Harley D.

No way that comes out at 400/400......10 more torque over the 5.4???
Its gotta be around 400/460 to be a worthwile upgrade..
It seems like a fairly good deal at $38k. At least for a very limited run, specially-built truck. I would wait for the 6.2L V8 though. That really sweetens the deal (I'm sure they will jack the price up for the new engine ) Now if only I could convince the wife that I need to trade my '06 in on it. Nevermind that we are trying to buy a house and that I don't need a Raptor, blah, blah, blah.....
and...now that i think more about it...the 6.2 is supposed to replace the 6.8.....Ford can't possibly reduce the torque from 457 to 400....and expect to get rid of the 6.8....
true...but they can detune the F-150 version. people like me will buy it reguardless of the power/tq...just as long as it's a big honking motor
and that way they can still direct sales toward the 6.2 in the F-250, and not detracts from it's sales base. There will be people who will say "Why buy a F-250 when i can get a 1/2 ton with the same engine?"
