86 ranger with a broke throttle cable

I am new to this neck of the woods where as i usuall spend my time in the 7.3 section but i have a quick question for my little beater truck. My 86 ranger has been an excellent truck and i really like it. But the other day i noticed that the throttle cable was broke when i couldnt go anywhere. I have searched the internet and tried to search for it on here but i cant seem to find anything. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Your friendly, neighborhood salvage yard is always a possible source. Have you tried some of the FTE sponsors, such as FTEPartsGuy.com or RockAuto?

Please, when asking a question like this, list all the pertinent info...like the engine size, for example.
