can someone show me or tell me where their dual exhaust is on 1987-1997 truck. it is a 460 with c6. my local shop said dual exhaust couldnt be done because of the front fuel tank would be in the way. i have dual fuel tanks.

 

im currently putting a 429 and c6 in my 88 f250 and i will run the pipes down the passenger side add a h-pipe and split it out to both sides when it gets to the back

They might not be able to order the parts to fit, but if you go to a muffler shop(one that bends their own pipe....look in the yellow pages) they will be able to bend their own tubing to fit around any obstacles....it is also a lot cheap through a muffler shop..the pre bend stuff is expensive. I got Cali. Duals put on my F-150 4x4 with dual tanks for $200. It was 1 glasspack right after the Cats. back to a Y split with Chrome cannons.

 

 

i got my exhaust finally.......dual 3 inch off the manifolds with dual glass packs.....and i got them out the back.......it sounds so awesome and way better then the dual 2.5 i had on there......i would only suggest 3 inch for ANY 460
