carb delima
hello everyone! This is my first post ever. I own a 1959 f100. It has a 223 engine. Im restoring it right now, its my first restoration project. I was wondering if anyone knew what carbs would work on my truck, or if there was any out on the market that i could use, on the intake manifold. It is a 2 blot mount. also if there is a bracket to let a 4 bolt mount work.
Please help!
thank u for your help!

Hi Trotskie10,
I'm not sure but I wanted to write something to bump this back to the top tonight. If you don't get any responses write an e-mail to "Col. Flashman" He will know. New folks don't understand the Colonels sense of humor so if his response seems a little "direct," he's just kidding - look for "Smilies."
Good Luck,
Julie

Firsrt welcome to FTE. Quite a place.
Here is a thread that will give you some insight to what carb your truck would have had originally. (click the link below)
I don't have any info on what can be adapted to it but with a little work and imagination probably most anything.
Hope this helps or at least is a starting place for the info you are looking for.
