x2 for DiabloSport Predator. Lots of user friendly adjustments and it does make a noticeable difference in power and driveability. I haven't seen any significant fuel savings.

you have to run premium. i have one in my 08 no major change just for the gears. try powerblocks.com i call them they have one better. i think the better for this truck is a supercharger same thing powerblocks or vortek nobody alse make one the problem is calibration

I just opened the front door to see that FedX delivered my Livewire "Package" deal that I ordered from Mike at 5 Star Tuning... man this unit looks good! I selected three custom tunes: 87 Octane - Economy, 91 Octane - Tow, and 93 Octane - Performance.

Check out the website:5 Star Tuning | Custom Dynomemeter Chassis Tuning Products and Services

you don't have to run premium. there are 3 separate tunes: 87, 91, 93.

Sniper should have you covered as well, but it's not as user friendly as the canned or semi-custom tunes.

Correct, premium fuel is NOT required for the DiabloSport Predator. The three different octane tunes are handy if you don't always have access to premium fuel. I use the 91 octane tune with premium fuel because I prefer the power increase, but it is not necessary. We can't get 93 octane in my area so that tune is not an option for me.

I actually change mine back to the 87 octane setting when I travel in areas where they don't sell premium fuel (when I'm hunting).

It's the same tuner I have in my 2005 that you would use for the 2008.

I'll try and find where I bought it online - the price was very good compared to some others with less options. This tuner is also custom programmable to your truck if you take it into a CMR dealer that has the proper equipment.

Edit: found it - here's the website I purchased from, but I was looking for a place that shipped to Canada cheaper, might be better deals at others out there. http://www.concoursdirect.com/diablo...uck-u7155.html

I have a custom tuned XCal2 and it really woke the truck up. I run 87 performance most of the time and its plenty.

I paid $429 from Troyer Performance.

Another vote for a programmer from Mike at SCT. Just put my programmer in my '00, works great and excellent service.
