Transmission Rebuild
My 2001 Expedition EB 5.4L 87,00 miles, transmission will not shift out of second gear. I am on vacation 300 hundred miles from home. Local ford dealer has checked it out and they think the clutch pack and possible valve body need replacing. Estimated rebuild price of 2,300 to 2,500. Is this a fair price? I am really at their mercy.
