cool truck

I posted this over on the 48 to 60 forum and didn't find anybody that knew anything about this truck I spotted at a local car show this past weekend.

I think it is about the coolest truck I have ever seen! It is a 1938 ford but the owner wasn't around to question. Anybody here ever seen one?
