sticky steering

sticky steering

I have a 96 F250 with a 4in lift and 36in tires.. when i turn left and right its seems to stick, or is hard to come back? is there anything that would help this?

Check your axle u-joints.
While your there, check ball joints and tie rod ends.

I got a new steering box in it.. but i was thinking it was a ball joint but i didnt think of the axle u joint
