I have a black box, something that looks like a speedometer cable, a power plug, and some kind of 12v connector hanging under the dash of my 90 F150.
What are they for?
The cable closest to the pedal looks like a cable that would be used for a radio, like a CB radio maybe. If I saw a better pic of that connector I probably could tell you what it is.
If that is the case, the black adapter might be a receptacle for a radio unit to slide in. The cigarette adapter would power the radio. That's my guess.
Trailer brake controller,CB Coax,White plug goes into radio and the black is the other end which plugs into a cig. lighter in the ash tray. Looks like a crappy setup IMHO.
