Religion in "the club"

Can you guys talk about it there? I've been having more and more questions that i cant get straight answers too but i want to honor the rules of this forum and not post them here. If someone is willing to go through a series of exchanges via pm then that would be cool too. Keep in mind i want to have a good educated debate, not just ramble about bs back and forth.

i think maybe can talk about religion in an informative sense, not a debate between "who is right".

but i stay away from the discussions unless there is an actual question, often to many times it breaks down to insults and debates between science, religion, other religions, religious history, etc...

If they get mean, yeah, but if it's a productive discussion I couldn't see any reason to shut it down. Only in the club, though. $20 gets you a year of it-

My point exactly. I want to avoid the bs.

I shouldnt have used the word "debate" anyway, as i dont have any points im trying to prove. I just have some questions.

In a thead setting it could be bad because im sure it would end up in an argument that goes nowhere.

discussion is great and i hate preaching. but i really hate the the discussions on religion when they break down to.....well, can't think of the desription but you know what i mean. even trying to discuss religion from a historic view invites all sorts of havoc.

In my 8 years of message board experience, 99.999999% of ALL religious and political topics end that way.

Hallelujah, can I get an ...............................
I have posted some religious topics in the club and I have subscribed to these threads too.
I like to question my own beliefs and let others decide on their own.

Join that CLUB and pose your questions, I like religious discussion and do not like preaching either. Even on Sundays - sometimes that is.

Now place your 19.99 in the tray and join the club! NUFF SAID.
