I know this question has probly been asked.. I am currently porting out my heads. I have read posts about replacing valves. Can someone tell me what are best options for valves. And would like some overall performance tips for these heads. Thx

What everyone is saying is to go with small block chevy valves, 1.9 intake and 1.6 exhaust. You will also need to use SBC springs, retainers, etc., not to mention custom headwork and pushrods.

Unless you are planning on going with larger valves, stock valves from Napa are fine. Stock for these motors is a hardened intake, and stellite exhaust. They are a little pricey, but worth it. Also, new springs make a world of difference.
